We discuss travel goals exploring why you are traveling, where you are hoping to experience, what vacation goals you have, and how much you want to invest. Some have clear pictures at this point, and others come into it wanting to travel but looking for inspiration. We can do this via phone conversation, email, Zoom, or in-person.

Designing
After dreaming together about your trip, I’ll begin designing a custom proposal with accommodations, transportation, and possibilities that fit your travel dreams. We will work through any questions about the proposal features and explore other options if needed. We can do this via phone conversation, email, Zoom, or in-person.
Tailoring
After discussing your custom-designed proposal, you will select the components that feel the most right for this trip so that I can begin placing complimentary holds. We will work through the full financials, terms & conditions, timelines, and travel protection. Your trip can be enhanced and personalized with additional features from booking until travel.
Confirming
Once key components such as lodging, transportation, and budgeting are determined, we will make your trip official by making deposits and confirming reservations. You will receive a personalized app that tracks reservation confirmations, plans in action, and trip conversations. We will continue to tailor your trip until it’s time to travel!
