Hey, there, I'm Jen!

Let Me Tell You My Story

To this day, luxury tastes like grape juice, and whenever I sip on this luscious drink, I escape to a moment of luxury!  Weird – I know, but let me explain…

Origins of Luxury

Growing up, my modest family didn’t take a lot of vacations except for road trips, and my brothers and I were allowed the chance to pick special individual treats for the ride to keep us quiet.  For me, that was Welch’s grape juice, which I considered the ultimate luxury – until my honeymoon.

My then-fiancée and I were full-time college students working overloaded class schedules fall, spring, and summer semesters while working near full-time jobs.  I had graduated high school early and was finishing a Master’s degree, and he was working hard to get into medical school.  My dream honeymoon was the lush tropics of Jamaica, which seemed to take my beloved beach to exalted levels.  The problem was that neither of us had flown, much less been out of the country – we needed more help with this BHAG (Big Hairy Audacious Goal – and I love nothing more than a BHAG) than the limited information the internet provided at the time.  We enlisted the expertise of a local travel agent, and she was my first experience with “having a person for that” – I had arrived!

She not only took care of all the booking details but made sure we had certified birth certificates (yes, it was that long ago)!  She advised us, ultimately steering us away from what we thought we wanted from our online research and put us at an extraordinary, much more to our personality, resort.  Once she became our agent, I had the luxury of not worrying about my honeymoon and continued to focus on my college coursework and my wedding because my trip was in her expert hands.  I simply arrived at the airport with my travel documents and embarked on my first international trip to my dream destination.

Experiencing a perfectly planned honeymoon stuck with me through many years of chasing goals and building a family.

Becoming a travel advisor

While travel had always been my favorite luxury, I began to consider it from a professional perspective.  I have a voracious mind, a spirit to serve, and a passion for travel.  These came together to spark another audacious goal in my mind and heart – Jen Ollis Luxury Travel. I embarked upon a journey filled with travel, planning, and amazing clients with their own travel goals, whether it be a fun family trip to the beach or a big, audacious trip about which they’ve been dreaming!

I believe that travel is synonymous with luxury!  I love providing the luxury of expert travel advice, individualized itinerary planning, and handling the details for those focused on chasing their life’s audacious goals.  I want my clients to show up at the airport with their documents and plans in hand to luxuriate in the vacations they work hard to earn.

P.S.- Jamaica is still one of my frequent getaway spots!

So how can we start working together?
