Steps to Crafting Your Perfect Trip
Dreaming & Discovering
During an initial New Trip Discovery consultation, we’ll start by digging into your dream and goals for this trip – why you are traveling, where you want to go, what vacation goals you have, and how much you want to invest. We’ll also take the time to discuss previous vacation experiences taking particular interest in what you loved – and didn’t love so much. At this point, some have clear pictures, while others only know they want to travel but are looking for inspiration. We will also cover the fine print regarding my applicable fees, terms & conditions, and workflow – no surprises later!
We can do this via phone conversation, email, Zoom, or in-person (Knoxville Area Only).
Crafting & Tailoring
After dreaming together about your trip, I’ll begin using my industry network and knowledge to design a custom proposal that incorporates accommodations, transportation, and a world of possibilities for tours, dining, excursions, and experiences that suit your travel dreams. We will work through questions and sometimes go back to refine a few pieces or explore a few more options – totally fine.
We will also cover the fine print regarding full financials, travel vendor terms & conditions, timelines, and travel protection options – again, no surprises later!
We can continue to tailor your trip until it’s time to travel, so you are not limited at this point.
Confirming & Managing
After tailoring the perfect itinerary, I manage the tasks of securing reservations, maintaining a watchful eye on potential impacts on your trip, and keep you informed of important details – it is officially on the books, so cue the countdown! You get the luxury of not worrying about things like keeping up with trip milestones, to-dos, payment dates, and unexpected travel impacts. I will present items that need your attention at the appropriate time. You can stay connected at your fingertips through your personalized My Trip app that tracks reservation confirmations, destination information, and direct messaging.
Traveling & Experiencing
After the planning and waiting, you depart for your dream trip with all plans in place, itinerary and information at your fingertips, and access to me if you need anything while traveling – needs are remotely addressed while you continue enjoying your trip. For the next little bit, you have the luxury of living your dream, turning it into reality with a lifetime to enjoy the memories!
